Papercut Lab accepts returns of merchandise within 30 days of receiving your products. All returns must be in “like-new” condition, complete with ALL original packaging and have been purchased directly from www.katriscat.com.
- Contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us that you would like to return your item(s).
- Verify that the item(s) are clean, in “like-new” condition and with ALL packing material.
- Repackage the item(s) in the same manner as they were received.
- Ship the box to the address provided by Customer Service.
We will NEVER resell any returned or refurbished KATRIS.
Papercut Lab donates most returned KATRIS to no-kill animal shelters through our giving back program, so please be sure that everything is clean and in “like-new” condition. Any original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
If returned items don’t meet the above return criteria they are subject to a restocking fee. Returns without prior authorization provided by KATRIS Customer Service may not be accepted or may be subject to restocking fees.
